    These were purchased at an electronics wholesale company liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  They have some reddish dust on the surface, however, it wipes off easily with a paper towel.  Just couldn't get our people excited about cleaning thousands of pieces individually.
    Like all ferrites, they are breakable if you drop them.  Made in USA (imagine that).
